BunchPay is a platform that provides an easy and convenient way to pay for everyday services such as phone airtime, data subscriptions, electricity bills, TV subscriptions, education services, and quality insurance coverage through third-party merchants. It is owned and operated by BunchBay Nigeria Limited, registered at #87 Kusenla Road, Lekki Lagos, Nigeria.
1.1. This Privacy Policy governs the use of our website, mobile applications, APIs, widgets, and related services.

2.0. Our Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding how and when we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information across our website, payment platforms (“Platforms”), APIs, Software Applications, (“Apps”), email notifications and tools regardless of how you use or access them.

7.0. Our privacy policy does not apply to Merchants, Vendors, or other related partners. This is because they have their respective privacy policies. BunchPay is not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of these sites and shall not be responsible for your use of such websites. We encourage our users to be aware of when they leave our website and to read the privacy statements of these sites. You should evaluate the security of any other site connected to this site or accessed through this site before disclosing any personal information to them. BunchPay will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage in whatever manner resulting from your disclosure of your personal information to third parties.

10.0. You have the right to:
- 1. Request access to your data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
